ESA Vendor
The Elle Center is an approved vendor for Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. Families with an active ESA contract can use their funds to cover literacy and numeracy intervention costs through ClassWallet, and we are happy to provide the invoices and documentation needed to make submission simple.
Approved ESA Vendor
Step 1
Confirm your child's eligibility. Every Arizona resident student in grades K through 12 is eligible for the Empowerment Scholarship Account program. Your child cannot be enrolled full time in a public district or charter school while participating, so families switching from public school will withdraw as part of the process.
Step 2
Apply through the Arizona Department of Education's ESA portal at esa.azed.gov. Once your application is approved, you will review and sign your ESA contract. We are happy to walk you through this step.
Step 3
Access your funds through ClassWallet, the state's secure payment platform for ESA families. ADE deposits funds into your ClassWallet account quarterly once your contract is active.
Step 4
Pay for sessions directly through ClassWallet. The Elle Center is an approved ESA vendor, so you can submit payment to us through the Pay Vendor feature. We will provide invoices formatted for easy submission and approval.
